Acceptable Use Policy

Globe Intell (GI) is licensed exclusively to verified law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and registered private investigators for use in lawful, authorized investigations. The following uses are prohibited and will result in immediate license suspension pending review:

• Running the Software against any system without clear legal authority to examine it (no warrant, consent, employer authorization, or other lawful basis).
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the Software or a license key outside the verified agency it was issued to.
• Using the Software to stalk, harass, or surveil an individual outside a legitimate, documented investigation.
• Submitting false, forged, or misleading credentials during registration or verification.
• Attempting to circumvent license enforcement, download gating, or the manual verification process.

Reporting misuse

Suspected misuse of a licensed account can be reported to our support address. Reports are investigated by our team and may result in suspension under Section 4 of the EULA pending resolution.
