Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website only. The Globe Intell software itself makes no network calls and sends no data anywhere — see the product README for details.

What we collect

• Registration details: agency name, type, jurisdiction, badge/license number, contact name, email, and phone.
• Account activity: login timestamps, download history (which platform build, when), and support communications.
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe — we store a Stripe customer/ subscription reference, not raw card details.

How we use it

Solely to verify eligibility, administer your license and subscription, provide support, and maintain an audit trail of who downloaded the Software and when (relevant given the Software's forensic use case).

Retention

Account records are retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable period for legal/audit purposes, then deleted on request.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our payment processor (Stripe) to the extent needed to process billing.
