End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Globe Intell ("GI") forensic triage software (the "Software") by the licensed agency or organization ("Licensee") identified at registration.

1. Authorized use only

Licensee and its authorized personnel may use the Software solely on computer systems that Licensee is legally authorized to examine — as part of a lawful investigation, with proper consent, warrant, or other legal authority as applicable in Licensee's jurisdiction. Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring its use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, and criminal procedure law.

2. License scope

This license is granted per verified agency for the number of seats purchased, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed. Each seat may be used by one authorized member of Licensee's organization.

3. No unauthorized access

The Software must never be used to access, collect, or analyze data from a system without proper legal authority to do so. Licensee agrees not to use the Software against any system it does not own or is not otherwise legally authorized to examine.

4. Term and termination

This license is valid for the subscription period paid for and renews automatically unless cancelled. Globe Intell may suspend or revoke a license immediately upon evidence of misuse, fraudulent registration, or violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is." Globe Intell disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Licensee is responsible for independently validating any findings before relying on them in an investigation, report, or legal proceeding.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globe Intell's liability arising from use of the Software is limited to the amount paid by Licensee in the twelve months preceding the claim.
