Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

This website and the Software it distributes are available only to applicants who pass manual verification as a law enforcement agency, government body, or registered private investigator. Registration does not guarantee approval.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key, and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually, per seat, through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from your dashboard before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

4. Verification & suspension

We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account at our discretion, including for failed verification, misuse, or violation of the EULA or Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
